I’m Molly, a content specialist and copywriter in Sydney. I specialise in helping creative and tech teams enable significant content outcomes for businesses across consumer, retail, B2B, B2C, SAAS environments. 

I’ve led an operations team to fine-tune a LLM, large language model for brand ToV in 2024, which unlocked the ability for compliant scalable retail seasonal personalisation. 

I’ve established a collaborative community for creatives and tech employees, promoting open knowledge exchange that minimised gatekeeping and drove enhanced business outcomes.

I’ve launched a powerful AI copywriting interface that expedited platform-specific product descriptions in Dan Murphy’s eDM.

I started out crafting music videos in London, which led to editing stories from rushes for reality TV in Ibiza – experiences that sharpened my aesthetic eye, storytelling instincts, and love for problem-solving.

More recently, I've applied that same creative thinking as a Content Specialist. At Dan Murphy's (part of Endeavour Group), I even pioneered using AI at scale for product descriptions, solving a major labour challenge across thousands of products. I've also produced authentic narratives for Music Base, helping to drive engagement. Here I art-directed the brand identity, logo, and wrote all copy. I even UX'd the build of a new website as part of this significant rebrand – transforming a tutoring business into a four-in-one scalable group.

I thrive on problem-solving, embracing technology and I’m always thinking from the customer's point of view to make things simpler and easier to understand. When I'm not producing content or writing, you'll probably find me in the kitchen, cooking up a storm, swapping pixels for pine nuts.
